Mo McElaney ( she/they) is Senior Manager of Open Source Developer Advocacy at IBM. Prior to this they worked as a Program Manager for IBM Quantum’s open source community team and as Developer Advocate for IBM’s Center for Open Source Data and Ai Technologies where they focused their work on ethics in Ai. Mo is on the board of the Vermont Technology Alliance and lives in frosty Vermont with her family, cats, and many plants.
